The IPlegalEd Patent Paralegal Certificate Course is updated as new rules are instituted by the USPTO, PCT and WIPO. The refresher/update course provides the complete and unabridged text of the latest version of the IPlegalEd course, not just the new rule changes.  The rule changes are interspersed throughout the course at the appropriate sections. 

Recent major rule changes include extensive changes to PCT practice (2004) and changes to USPTO amendment practice.  

The refresher/update course is available to all students who have completed and fully purchased a previous version of the IPlegalEd course.  This update does not include chapter quizzes, a final exam or a new certificate. You will, however, receive an Update sticker that may be added to your current certificate.

As with the complete course, the refresher/update course is provided as a downloadable document.  Once the update course has been purchased, you will have 10 days in which to download it.

The fee for the refresher/update course is $500.
