However, in the highly unlikely event that any dispute should arise, the user and IPlegalED will settle their disagreement under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and if any court action should ever occur, it will be conducted under the laws of California and the venue will be within San Francisco.
RETURNED CHECKS.
A fee of $29 will be charged for all returned (“bounced”) checks.
REFUND POLICY.
A full refund will be given promptly if, for any reason, you find that after having signed up, you cannot use the site or cannot do the course. In order to get a refund, you must contact us, explain the problem, and specifically request a refund WITHIN ONE WEEK (7 DAYS) OF SIGNING UP.
